Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2006, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 1,500,000 won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch branch on the same day. On December 23, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 1,50,000 won for the same crime in the same court, and on March 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution on April 3, 2015 and the judgment became final and conclusive and is currently under suspended execution.

Although the Defendant had violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice, on August 2, 2015, at around 14:00, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.052%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the front of the day-to-day luminous desire in Samsung 3-ro, Samsung-gun, Busan-gun, to the front day of the day-to-day 200 meters wide from the front day of the day-to-day driver’s license, and without obtaining a driver’s license.
