Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a passenger boarding the bus B(s) and the victim C(s) is a driver of the bus above.

On July 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 19:40 around Pyeongtaek-si, at the center of Pyeongtaek-si, 166, moved back from the rear door of the above bus in the vicinity of the shooting distance; (b) the victim resisted the above behavior of the Defendant, and (c) her her son was driving.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who is a driver of a vehicle in operation.
