1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of disposition;

A. On November 12, 2013, the Plaintiff acquired a driver’s license (Class I ordinary) and acquired a driver’s license on July 7, 2017 (Class I large).

B. On October 26, 2019, at around 03:40, the Plaintiff driven a motor vehicle of Abdon (hereinafter “Abnd vehicle”) on the front of B in order to drive the two-way vehicle at a speed of about 41 to 50km/h, and shocked the rear part of the Grandland Corresponding vehicle (hereinafter “victim”) during the signal atmosphere (hereinafter “the instant accident”). As a result, the damaged vehicle was pushed about about 5 meters in the future, and all the victimized vehicle and the passengers including the victimized vehicle and the passengers were injured every four weeks for medical treatment.

Since then, the Plaintiff left the field after leaving the mother on the spot, and the Plaintiff’s mother made a false statement to the police officer as a driver.

C. On December 6, 2019, the Defendant revoked all the Plaintiff’s driver’s license on the ground that he/she left the site without reporting any rescue measures despite causing the instant accident.

On January 6, 2020, the Plaintiff dissatisfied with the instant disposition and filed an administrative appeal with the Central Administrative Appeals Commission, but filed an administrative appeal with the Central Administrative Appeals Commission

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. At the time of the instant accident claiming the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff reported to the police at the time of the instant accident, and the Plaintiff: (a) confirmed the mother’s arrival at the site by calls to the police; and (b) determined that the mother will properly process the site; and (c) left the site; and (d) it is difficult to recognize human damage caused by the instant
