Nevertheless, at around 06:20 on May 28, 2012, the Defendant captured 15 boxes (15 Kg per box) destroyed by using wing net fishing gear during the period of prohibition of use at approximately two nautical miles (36°02.1 minutes north latitude, 126°31.0 minutes east longitude, 5174-7 sea area) from the wing net fishing gear.
