Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:45 on November 20, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of a passenger vehicle at approximately 40 km section without obtaining a driver’s license from the static industry located in the north-dong, Ulsan Metropolitan City to the LH apartment located in the outside-dong, Y apartment in the outside-dong, Gyeonggi-do.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Measures Taken after Accidents) the Defendant, operating the said vehicle at the same time and at a place as in the preceding paragraph, changed the two lanes from the front side of the beneficiary school in Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, to the front side of the beneficiary school.

When changing the vehicle line, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to operate the direction direction, give notice of the change of course, and make a change in the traffic situation of the front and rear left, while making a change in the vehicle line.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so, and thereby changed the course to the right side of the vehicle, and was driven by the victim C in two-lanes of the same direction as the other hand, and received the back part of the Dunched car driving by the victim C, which was driven by the victim C, as the front part of the passenger car.

After all, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, destroyed the above rocketing car to the extent of KRW 850,000, and escaped without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures.
