1. On March 22, 2013, the Defendant borrowed the victim C from the E temple located in Pyeongtaek-gun D, the well-known victim C is undergoing Samsung and promotion of the world shock event held at the Gwangju airfield.

B. The parties did not have the intention or ability to successfully participate in the world show events, and therefore, they did not have the ability to pay money from the victims.
The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 2.7 million from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative account of F on October 15, 2014, from that time, and received KRW 7,8755,00 in total from October 15, 2014, as shown in Appendix I.
2. On March 2013, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the victim G, “I, who is a subsequent H, known to the inside of the city, knows well the birth F of the Trade Union Chairperson, will be employed in the automobile-based factory production service by requesting I to do so; and (b) the expenses needed for employment are required to be deposited into C account, and KRW 21 million is deposited into C account.”
However, in fact I is a person who has been released by the defendant, and F is only a person who is living together with the defendant, and there is no relationship with the chairperson of the car union, and the defendant did not have the intention or ability to have the victimized person employed.
The Defendant, by deceiving such victim, received 10 million won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of C on October 11, 2013, and thereafter, received 10 million won from the victim, and from that time until January 7, 2014, 4 times as shown in Appendix II.
