Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on April 30, 2007, and a fine of two million won as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on January 19, 201.

On September 24, 2014, at around 21:30, the Defendant driven approximately 2 km from the front day of the 445 Sinsan-si, Ansan-si, an art university of Ansan-si, to the 5-ro 43rd road, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.059%.
