The grounds of appeal are examined.

In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by violating logical and empirical rules, exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence, or failing to

Examining the reasoning of the judgment of the court below in light of the records, it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty on the ground that the defendant's appeal of this case constituted a case where there is no proof of criminal facts with regard to the re-influences Nos. 3, 5, and 6 of the list of crimes attached to the judgment below among the charges of this case, and it is not erroneous in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the crime of robbery, by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal.
