1. The Defendant’s KRW 62,288,258 and KRW 14,092,117 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 28% per annum from January 6, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of a judgment of confession), the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 62,28,258 won and 14,092,117 won per annum from January 6, 2018 to the date of full payment, 28% per annum from January 6, 2018, 36,000,00 won per annum from January 6, 2018 to the date of full payment, and therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition.
