Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On November 27, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car on the 06:28th day of November 27, 2018, and moved bypassing the road of the Diplomatic Association, which is located in C at the window of the Changwon-si, to the Ethic Zone of the Changwon-si.

At the time, there was a crosswalk without signal lights on the direction of the defendant's proceeding, so in such cases, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to safely stop in front of the crosswalk and prevent the accident in advance, if the pedestrian is traveling along the crosswalk as well as his/her direction to reduce speed and drive the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded by bypassing it to the left side of the crosswalk, and found out the Victim F (the age of 71) who was crossinging the crosswalk to the port from the right side of the direction of the course, and operated it rapidly, but the Defendant did not avoid the victim, and did not go against the left side side of the said vehicle by the front part of the said vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury, such as mination of fladul period, fladuling, etc., from the victim due to the above occupational negligence, which requires approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment.
