1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are the parents of the network D (hereinafter “the network”). The Defendant is the operator of E dump trucks (hereinafter “instant truck”) and the Plaintiff is a limited liability company which is the user of F, and an insurance company that concluded an automobile damage insurance contract regarding damages arising from accidents during the operation of the instant truck.

B. The Plaintiff’s assertion that the instant accident occurred due to the unilateral negligence in violation of F’s signal signal or the negligence in violation of F’s duty to avoid the occurrence of the accident, and thus, the Defendant, as the insurer of the instant truck, is liable to compensate the Plaintiffs, who are the deceased and their

On the grounds delineated below, it is not sufficient to recognize F’s violation of the F’s signal signals only with the entries of Gap evidence 5-5-22, Gap evidence 6-2, and the fact inquiry results with respect to the head of Young Cancer police station, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.
