Defendant

A is the owner of Gamno bank, and Defendant B is the head of business, and the Defendants conspired to obtain the premium by deceiving the victim in the process of concluding a commercial lease agreement using the relationship with the victim H, which is the part of the business operated by Defendant A.

On October 17, 2012, the Defendants made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendants, on the first floor of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I apartment house 1206 Dong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, “I apartment 1206 Dong-dong, there has been good things in the Gu monthly dong, so it is good in the business district so that they will engage in funeral services, thereby making a lot of money. The premium is 200 million won, and it will be transferred in KRW 150 million.”

However, the fact was that there was no premium for a commercial building in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, 301, and the "K" stated in the contract for acquisition and transfer of rights (facilities) was merely a part of the defendant A, not a transferor of the above commercial building. The above contract for acquisition and transfer of rights (facilities) was made by the defendants in a false manner in M real estate located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L.

around October 31, 2012, the Defendants received KRW 77 million from the victim as the down payment from the said commercial building as the down payment. On November 2, 2012, the Defendants received KRW 50 million from the Korean bank account in the above K K’s name as the intermediate payment. On November 5, 2012, the Defendants received KRW 147 million in total from the said Korean bank account to transfer KRW 20 million in the remainder of the premium to the said bank account.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to deception the victim and received the goods.
