Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for special larceny at the District Court on September 20, 2012, and on January 14, 2013, on April 17, 2013 of the indictment, the Defendant shall be deemed to be a clerical error and shall be corrected accordingly.

(Investigation Records 177 pages) The enforcement of the sentence was completed in a governmental prison.

1.
