A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2011, the Defendant purchased E Apartment Bonds 99 (hereinafter “instant Housing”) from D Co., Ltd., and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of F, the Defendant’s mother, around July 21, 2011, and continued to lease the said Bonds 9.
