A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2011, the Defendant purchased E Apartment Bonds 99 (hereinafter “instant Housing”) from D Co., Ltd., and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of F, the Defendant’s mother, around July 21, 2011, and continued to lease the said Bonds 9.

On December 17, 2014, at the sale office managed by the defendant, the defendant, around 107 Dong 402, Dong 114-dong 1102, the defendant converted the apartment to G for sale in the amount exceeding KRW 148 million, exceeding 3,6480,000, which is the sale price approved by the Yangju-si viewing, from around August 9, 2012 to December 17, 2014, the tenant was converted to seven lessee in the aggregate of KRW 12,3648,95,00,000, which is the sale price approved by the Yangju-si viewing.
