On March 29, 2002, the Defendant of the criminal record and the person against whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as “defendants”) shall be sentenced to a suspended sentence of four years and six months in Seoul High Court, which was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and six months, and on April 19, 2012, the indictment was written on May 23, 2012, but it is obvious that the indictment is a clerical error.
On August 1, 2014, the Seoul High Court sentenced two years and six months of imprisonment due to indecent act by force.
Criminal facts
On August 12, 2016, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D (the age of 60) who was under influence of alcohol and was locked to a boomer in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City; (b) attempted to walk around the victim by not later than 02:46 on the same day; (c) tried to fright the victim’s panty and panty; (d) laid the victim’s panty, cut his her sexual organ into the victim’s her her crum, cut off, put the victim’s her crum into the part; and (e) attempted to put the victim into the part of the victim’s c with the victim’s her her crum, the Defendant attempted to rape the victim’s body in two hands; and (e) attempted to commit rape, but she did not commit any attempted rape by her sexual organ.
Accordingly, the defendant attempted to rape the victim.
The Defendant is highly likely to repeat a sexual crime, as a person who has had the record of being attached with an electronic device for committing a sexual crime, again commits a sexual crime, and commits a sexual crime twice or more.
