Punishment of the crime

1. 3. 재물손괴 피고인은 2013. 12. 20. 16:10경 서울 영등포구 E에 있는 F호텔 지하 사우나에서 음식 주문을 받는 여자 종업원 G의 웃는 모습이 마음에 들지 않는다는 이유로 G의 얼굴에 물을 뿌리고, 테이블 위에 있던 피해자 F 호텔 소유의 물컵과 꽃병, 넵킨통을 벽에 던져 깨뜨려 시가 42,500원 상당의 재물을 손괴하고, 이를 제지하는 위 호텔 지배인인 피해자 H(45세)에게 “니가 무슨 상관이냐, 씹새끼야”라고 말하며 피해자가 쓰고 있던 안경을 손으로 잡아채 바닥에 던져 안경알이 깨지고 안경테가 벌어지게 하여 시가 5만 원 상당의 재물을 손괴하였다.
