1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 39,975,255 and KRW 24,882,85 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 2,400 from June 26, 2013.
Reasons
1.The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in combination with the purpose of all pleadings on each entry or image of evidence A(1) to 6.
A, around 20:05 on March 31, 2013, driving a tourist bus belonging to the Sung-do Speed Tourism Co., Ltd.
