A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

around 19:50 on August 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) posted a taxi driver and a pilot at the c district of the Tong-gu Police Station C, Tong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, B, with a view to getting off the taxi; (b) on the ground that he was not able to perform the duties of the police officer D while working in the place; and (c) on the ground that she did not have a mind to handle the duties of the police officer E, the Defendant was unable to resist the police officer with a large interest of about 25 minutes from that time.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, had a very rough and disorderly speech and behavior in a public office.
