1. The defendant shall pay 3,400,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from August 3, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

According to the purport of each of the statements and arguments set forth in subparagraphs 1 through 7 above, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on June 26, 2017, jointly with the husband C to lease the buildings listed in the separate sheet with the Defendant as KRW 1,00,000, KRW 500,000 per month, and the lease period from June 26, 2017 to June 25, 2018. The Defendant delivered the buildings listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff and C on July 19, 2018, but did not pay KRW 4,40,000 out of the rent until that time, and C transferred the above lease rent to the Defendant and KRW 4,40,000,00, KRW 1,000,000 per month after deducting the lease deposit from KRW 4,40,000,00, KRW 300,000, KRW 300, KRW 400,07,00.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the unpaid rent of KRW 3400,000 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 3, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the application for change of claim and cause of claim in this case.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
