Punishment of the crime

The Defendants were responsible for withdrawing cash from the so-called “Sishing” frauds. 1. On November 10, 2015, Defendant C in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act introduced Defendant B to Defendant B a request to introduce the cash withdrawal scheme of “Sscam” from Defendant B, and Defendant B instructed Defendant B to have a cash card used for committing a crime on November 14, 2015. Defendant A received a cash card from Defendant A at around 12:00 on the same day, and Defendant A received the cash card from Defendant A at the end of Seoul Guro-gu, Seoul, 117-21, one bank cash card and one cash card in F’s name.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to acquire the electronic financial transaction access media.

2. The foregoing total liability, the fraud name of which is unknown, is the phone called to Victim G (Woo, age 34) around November 12, 2015, and is false as if the loan could be possible, and the following day thereafter.
