A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and on July 28, 2015, issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on July 28, 2015, and on April 6, 2018, issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on April 6, 2018.

On July 12, 2018, at around 03:05, the Defendant driven a restaurant with alcohol level of 0.133% without a vehicle driver’s license, from the front day of the restaurant where the trade name in the Seo-gu Placo is unknown in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu to the C front day located in Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu to 2km.
