1. The defendant shall pay 158,280,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 15, 2007 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of Gap evidence No. 1-1, 2-2 and all the arguments, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant for the payment of loans under this court No. 2007Gahap9864, Aug. 30, 2007, "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 158,280,000 won and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from July 15, 2007 to the date of full payment" was awarded a favorable judgment of the plaintiff, and the judgment is recognized as finalized on October 12, 2007.

2. In conclusion, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription of loan claims based on the above judgment, and thus, the Plaintiff’s claim of this case is reasonable and so decided as per Disposition.
