1. The defendant shall pay 29,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 30% per annum from June 14, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

1. The following facts of recognition do not conflict between the parties:

(The facts underlying the Defendant’s claim were submitted a written answer to the effect that all the confessions have been made, and later, the confessions at court was established as the Defendant did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a written answer with respect to the claim of this case whose claim has been partially reduced

On December 31, 2013, the Defendant borrowed 49 million won from Nonparty C at the rate of 30% per month on January 31, 2014.

B. On May 26, 2014, the Plaintiff acquired C’s above loan claims against the Defendant, and C notified C of the assignment of claims on the 27th of the same month.

C. Since then, the Defendant repaid 20 million won among the above loans, and the Plaintiff appropriated this as principal.

2. Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of 29 million won and delay damages with 30% interest per annum from the day following the delivery date of the original payment order sought by the Plaintiff to the day of complete payment.
