Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the homeland reserve forces under B.

1. On August 20, 2015, at the Defendant’s residence of Ansan-si, C209, from September 7, 2015 to September 9, 2015, the Defendant was unable to attend without justifiable grounds, even after receiving a notice of convening a training call under the name of the second commander of the unit 05171 unit 2 of the Army, which was conducted at the training site of Ansan-dong-dong Reserve Forces located in Ansan-si from September 7, 2015 to September 9, 2015.

2. On August 20, 2015, the Defendant, at the residence of the Defendant C 209, was absent without justifiable grounds, from September 14, 2015 to September 17, 2015, to undergo the second supplementary training (Carry-over training) conducted at the training site of the Ansan-dong Reserve Forces located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Defendant was unable to attend the training call under the name of the second commander of the unit 05171 attached to the Army, which was issued a notice of convening the training under the name of the second commander of the unit 05171.

3. On October 16, 2015, the Defendant was absent from the Defendant’s residence on November 16, 2015, after receiving a notice of convening a drill under the name of the second commander of the Army 051, which was conducted at the training site for the first time in the field of the necogic reserve forces located in Ansan-si on November 9, 2015 (the second supplement, 6H) from the Defendant’s residence in Ansan-si, 209, without justifiable grounds.

4. On October 28, 2015, the Defendant was unable to attend a training call in the name of the second unit commander of the Army 05171, which was conducted at the training site of the Ansan-dong Reserve Forces located in Ansan-si on November 10, 2015 at the Defendant’s residence of Ansan-si (C 209) around October 28, 2015, even after receiving a notice of convening a training call in the name of the second unit commander of the Army 05171.

5. On October 28, 2015, the Defendant was unable to attend the training call notice under the name of the second commander of the Army No. 05171, which was issued at the training site of the Neongsung-dong, Seongsung-dong, Seong-si, Seongsung-si on November 11, 2015, even after receiving a notice of convening training under the name of the second commander of the Army No. 05171, which was conducted at the training site of the Neong-dong, Seong-si, Seong-si.

6. On October 28, 2015, the Defendant came to know from November 23, 2015 to November 26, 2015 at the dwelling of the Defendant C 209 at Ansan-si.
