A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2009, the Defendant sentenced the Daegu District Court to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on February 22, 2011.

On July 28, 2012, in the vicinity of the half-month basin located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (a) was gathering one name “Ssung”; and (b) was waiting to communicate with the intermediate supply policies by gathering “D”; (c) the Defendant conspiredd with the Defendant that “pseudo petroleum retail business entity was illegal and thus did not report theft; (d) the Defendant stolen the reagents from the retail business entity and sold it to another retail business entity; and (e) in response to the proposal, the Defendant attempted to steals it from the poper operated by the victim E.

Accordingly, at around 01:30 on July 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a back door to the front gate of the said shop; (b) the Defendant and D entered the said shop; (c) D and D enter the said shop into the front gate; (d) cash owned by the victim on the books; (b) 5.8 million won of the market price at the mother-ro at the 500,000 won of the market price; and (c) continued to put one cell phone into the front gate; and (d) the Defendant used G truck key owned by the victim on the books above, which is located on the front west of the said book, and confirmed that the width was loaded on the said truck; and (d) placed the said vehicle at the 100,000 won of the market price and parked the vehicle at the 00,000 won of the said vehicle; and (d) placed the said 300,000 won of the market price in the H room.

In this regard, the defendant in collaboration with the victim C and D, which is 5.8 million won in cash owned by the victim, and 500,000 won in the market price, and 3 million won in the market price.
