1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay 23,00,000 won and 20% per annum from July 8, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff lent KRW 40,000,00 to defendant B on May 28, 2009, and at the time, defendant C can recognize the fact that he provided joint and several surety for the above loan obligations of defendant B. Since the plaintiff is a person who received reimbursement of KRW 17,00,000 from the defendants, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff the above loan remainder amount of KRW 23,000,000 (= KRW 40,000,000 - KRW 17,000,000) and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from July 8, 2015 after the duplicate of the payment order of this case was delivered to the defendants.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
