A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the team leader of the OOO Hospital Team located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government who manages and supervises the U.S. affairs, such as the cleaning of hospital, and the victim C (n.e., the 53 years old) is the U.S. source of the above hospital and is under the management and supervision of the defendant.

1. On August 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00, around 09:00, at the sick room of the above hospital; (b) brought the victim under cleaning with his/her hand before and after the string of the string to the upper end of the victim’s arm’s length; and (c) brought the victim into the string of the string of the string.
