A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 9, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million with a fine of KRW 1.5 million with a charge of violating the Road Traffic Act, a summary order of KRW 2.5 million with the same offense in the same court on March 3, 2008, and a summary order of KRW 7 million with the same offense at the Jeju District Court on September 16, 2014, respectively.

2. Criminal facts;

A. On August 21, 2014, the Defendant is a person engaging in driving of CYA car. Around 17:30 on August 21, 2014, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license. Around August 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was driving the said vehicle without having to purchase a mandatory insurance with a blood alcohol content of 0.226%; (b) was driving the front road of the “Indo-Eup/Myeon” located in the Gu-Eup/Myeon at the Gu-Eup-Myeon of Jeju; and (c) was driving the vehicle while driving the vehicle at the level of driving in the Slurido-Eup at the Slurido-ri level without any necessary measures such as repairing the said vehicle, even though he was negligent in performing the duty of care to properly operate the steering direction of the vehicle and its influence; and (d) was negligent in driving the vehicle due to the negligence of driving the vehicle while driving the vehicle and taking necessary measures such as repairing the said No. 360,0,660 immediately back of the said vehicle.

B. From September 11, 2014 to September 15, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a F Kanche vehicle on the Dol-ri and Dol-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si, Seopo-si-si, Jeju-si-si, and Dol-ri-ri-ri-ri-si
