1. The defendant received on September 29, 1982 from the Daegu District Court Branch for the real estate stated in the attached list from the plaintiff.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff acquired ownership on December 5, 2014 from former owners B and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list.

B. On February 28, 1982, the Defendant completed provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer on September 29, 1982, No. 62720, which was received on September 29, 1982.

C. However, from September 29, 1982 when the above provisional registration was completed, the extinctive prescription on September 29, 1992 expired ten years after the expiration of the extinctive prescription period of the cause obligation. D.

Therefore, since the above provisional registration should be invalidated and cancelled, the plaintiff seeks a judgment, such as the purport of the claim, by subrogation of the above C.
