Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2013, at around 20:35, the Defendant assaulted the victim's face on two occasions with the hand floor attached to the Sick-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul with the victim B (Nam, 46 years of age) while carrying out a stable match with the victim B (manam, 46 years of age).
