1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 310,000,000 and KRW 200,000 among them, from June 11, 2014 to 30.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, under Defendant C’s joint and several sureties, lent KRW 50 million to Defendant B Co., Ltd. KRW 50 million on May 9, 2013, KRW 50 million on June 10, 2013, KRW 50 million on June 19, 2013, KRW 50 million on July 9, 2013, KRW 310 million on October 25, 2013, KRW 30 million on June 18, 2014, KRW 30 million on June 25, 2013, KRW 30 million on June 18, 2014, and KRW 50 million on July 25, 2014.
Therefore, Defendant B Co., Ltd. and Defendant C, a joint guarantor, jointly and severally, are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the above loan of KRW 310 million and interest or delay damages at the rate of 15% per annum, the agreed rate.
