1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25 million with the interest rate of KRW 12 million per annum from December 18, 2019 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the damages for delay: (a) the amount of money calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day after the delivery of the complaint to the day of full payment.
