1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 46,918,934 and KRW 21,359,54 among them to the day of complete payment.

According to the facts of the above recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 46,918,934 won in total with the principal and interest of the deposit and 21,359,544 won in total with the interest rate of 17% in arrears, which the Plaintiff seeks from February 27, 2014 to the date of full payment.

(1) In light of the above legal principles and records, the court below's decision that the defendant's claim for the payment of credit card use fee against the defendant was extinguished by the statute of limitations, since the defendant's claim for the payment of credit card use fee was extinguished by the statute of limitations, and the defendant's claim for the payment of credit card use fee was filed against the defendant on May 21, 2004 and the payment order was issued on December 28, 2004, and confirmed on December 28, 2004, the defendant's new credit card company (the changed credit card company) which transferred the credit card payment claim against the defendant, and the defendant's claim for the payment of credit card use fee was suspended by the statute of limitations of the defendant's claim for the payment of credit card use fee of this case.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
