Punishment of the crime

At around 00:30 on October 22, 2010, the Defendant acquired pecuniary profits equivalent to that amount by deception, as if he did not pay the drinking value even if he did not have the intention or ability to pay the drinking price, even if he did not order the drinking and the alcoholic beverage to pay the drinking price.
