A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On April 2012, the Defendant administered the psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs received from the U.S. military forces, in the latter part of the Gyeongdong-gun, by dilution into beer, in a way of dilution with the psychotropic drugs (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

B. On September 18, 2012, the Defendant, which he became aware of via the Internet, had the Defendant carry in the Incheon Open Port located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, which was located in Jung-gu, Incheon, and the aircraft using Chinese heart aircraft, with a large amount of Handphones containing the Handphones, and imported the Handphones.

C. On September 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00, at his/her dwelling in Daegu Suwon-gu D 102 Dong 908, 201, and (b) above.
