1. Upon the request of the principal office:

A. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) is one of the area of 6,233 square meters in Gyeonggi-gun C forest land to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

1. Facts of recognition;

A. At around May 1992, F, the former owner of the forest land E, which is the owner of the land in Gyeonggi-gu Dri (hereinafter referred to as “the land generated from”) paid the user fee to H to enter the forest in question, and obtained consent to use part of G (the access road of this case) from G, thereby building the access road of this case as a road.

The instant access road is part of C Forest land 6,233 square meters divided from G (L forest 1,649 square meters, M forest 584 square meters, N forest 1,174 square meters, and O forest 1,260 square meters in 201; on November 4, 2013, the instant access road was part of C Forest land 1,56 square meters and became the same area as above; hereinafter “instant land”).

C. On April 14, 2008, the Plaintiff purchased E forest land 66,123 square meters, P forest land 10,516 square meters, Q religious land 8,074 square meters, R road 1,866 square meters, S forest land 281 square meters, 157 square meters, U road 137 square meters, and 104 square meters, and completed the registration of transfer on June 19, 2008.

(V) On October 12, 2012, the Plaintiff’s representative, completed the registration of ownership transfer in W. D.

The plaintiff, as a non-profit corporation, created X churches and sculptures in forest land E, and performs wedding, music meetings, tree farms, and the invitation of multicultural families, etc. in each place, and obtained permission to build Y church buildings, the total floor area of Q land of which is 1513m2, and the current process remains 87%, and it has to complete the construction of a religious assembly site, the total floor area of which is 425m2,54m2, and has to complete the construction at the completed stage, such as water supply.

When the building is completed in entirety, the Plaintiff is a family Healing camp to live in a so-called so-called so-called "so-called".
