A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a man of the nationality of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam who entered the Republic of Korea as a non-professional employment visa (E-9) around October 21, 2010, and changed his qualification to a marriage immigration visa (F-6) from December 2015, and works at the construction site until now.

No person shall arrange or solicit the employment of foreigners who have no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities as a business.

Nevertheless, around April 2019, the Defendant introduced the head of the steel division of “Co., Ltd.” in the construction site of “Co., Ltd.” to the head of the steel division of “Co., Ltd.” in the Busan-gu apartment construction site, Busan-gu, Busan-gu, to work as the main part of the steel work of KRW 120,000 per day for foreigners E (E and F) of Vietnam, who do not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment. The same year from April 25, 2019 to the same year.

6. From June 1, 2019 to July 1, 2019, ten foreigners who did not have the status of stay that they would engage in job-seeking activities, such as the list of crimes in attached Form C, were introduced to the chief of the steel division of “Co., Ltd.” to the 120,000 to 19,00 won per day, and were granted 2,202,930 won, including the sum of KRW 1,702,950, around July 1, 2019, from foreigners who were granted KRW 49,980, around June 1, 2019 as a broker fee.

Accordingly, the defendant conspiredd with D to arrange the employment of foreigners who do not have the status of stay to work in the Republic of Korea.
