1. The Defendant’s KRW 45,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from June 10, 2008 to May 13, 2019, and on May 14, 2019.

However, the Plaintiff claimed for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of the duplicate of the instant complaint to the day of complete payment. However, insofar as it is not deemed that the Plaintiff agreed separately between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on the rate of damages for delay, the Plaintiff shall order the payment of damages for delay calculated at each rate of 12% per annum from May 14, 2019 to May 31, 2019 and from June 1, 2019 to the day of full payment pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda.
