A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the same Article applies to private documents on March 7, 2013.

It is false that it will be repaid only for six months, and the certificate of joint and several sureties borrowed under H's name, such as paragraph 1, shall be as in paragraph 2.
