Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of B rocketing vehicles.

On May 23, 2019, at around 04:40, the Defendant came to turn to the left from the border of the police station in front of the operation station in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu.

Since there is an intersection where a signal is installed, there was a duty of care to ensure that a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to observe the signal and to prevent an accident by operating a motor vehicle safely by safely examining the surrounding area.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to make a left turn in violation of the signal but received the front part of the victim C(68 years of age)'s DPoter II, who is in accordance with the signals from the right side of the Defendant's vehicle, from the right side of the vehicle, and suffered an injury, such as the mouth of the body heading on the left side in need of about 10 weeks of treatment.
