Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing sports cargo vehicle.

On September 17, 2015, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at a speed of about 50km per hour from the direction of the end of the city, along the two-lane road in front of the F cafeteria E in the front city of the front city, the Defendant driven at a speed of about 50km per hour from the direction of the end of the city, Busan.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim from the occupational negligence above to the multiple trauma.
