A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 6, 2018, the Defendant, at around C convenience points in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul on September 22 and 20, 2018, had been drunk and was unable to get off the back seat of the taxi (the name of the victim, the 26 years old), discovered the victim D (the name, the 26 years old), and had the victim kidnapped for the purpose of sexual intercourse.

The Defendant, while driving as if he was the victim, paid the taxi expenses and caused the victim to get off the taxi, and forced the victim to get off the taxi, and the Defendant, who was in front of the taxi, forced the victim to get on the top of the halog car.

Then, at around 23:35 on the same day, the Defendant led the victim to the Felel in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, thereby leading the victim to the above Maurho room.

Accordingly, the defendant kidnapped the victim for the purpose of sexual intercourse.

2. Around September 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim D (a) who was under the influence of alcohol in a bed, placed in a bed; (b) placed the victim D (the 26-year age), who was under the influence of alcohol in a bed; (c) laid off the clothes; and (d) laid off the victim’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound, thereby engaging in sexual intercourse once.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim by taking advantage of the victim's refusal to resist.

3. The Defendant: (a) opened a thief on the date, time, place, and location described in paragraph 2; (b) opened a thief on the wall owned by the victim D; and (c) taken up the gold bar worth of one million won at the market price in that place.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.

4. On April 2018, the Defendant: (a) on the part of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Non-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu, the Defendant acquired a wall containing one resident registration certificate owned by the victim H; (b) one I Bank Cze Card; and (c) two hundred (60) won per annum.

The Defendant, while not taking necessary procedures such as returning the goods acquired as above, embezzled.
