A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The seizure of articles 1 through 40, 43 through 50, and 52 through 63, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Around 01:40 on January 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) removed the knb of the entrance from the “F tourer” operated by the victim E at the Seocho-si, Seocho-si, from January 2014, and intruded into the “F tourer”; and (b) cut off with one string of the tools equivalent to KRW 50,000, the victim’s market price located in the office at the same time; and (c) thereafter, stolen the total amount of KRW 10,494,400 on nine occasions during the period from around that time to January 23, 2014, as indicated in the [Attachment Table 1].

On January 30, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on January 30, 2008, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on June 16, 2008.

At around 03:00 on January 13, 2010, the Defendant: (a) removed and intruded the entrance locking device into the Draber; and (b) stolen and stolen cash equivalent to KRW 50,00,000, which is the cash owned by the victim on the books on the book at that place; and (c) from around that time to January 7, 2014, the Defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 74,70,000 over ten times as indicated in the attached list 2, as indicated in the attached list 2.
