The limitation of liability: (a) at the time of the instant accident, the Plaintiff appears to have been aware of the fact that the Defendant was able to attach a fire to a sck with strong gasoline; and (b) taking safety measures such as preventing the Defendant’s act or attracting attention under such circumstances, it does not take any particular measures.
