A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and four months, and a short term of ten months.

All applications for compensation order filed by an applicant shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer or acquire any access medium, such as an electronic card, which is used to issue a transaction instruction in electronic financial transactions or to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and the details of such transaction;

Around September 18:00 on September 6, 2015, the Defendant offered a proposal to offer a passbook of KRW 1.5 million on the face of 1.5 million on the Internet from a person who has no name to purchase a passbook.

A Daegu bank passbook and a e-mail card in the name of the I taken over, as described in the subsection, shall be the cross-country bus to which the non-city bus terminal located in 1073-1 in the old-si, Nowon-gu.
