Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million on the charge of violating the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products Act to the Changwon District Court.

The slaughter and treatment of livestock, collection of livestock, and processing, packing, and storage of livestock products shall be conducted at a place of work for which the competent authority has obtained permission.

Nevertheless, from August 22, 2013 to September 17, 2015, the Defendant slaughtered livestock at the workplace without the permission of the competent authorities in a size of approximately 330 square meters, which was operated by the Defendant in Gyeongnam Kim-si B, and at the workplace without the permission of the competent authorities, in a manner of cutting down the c farm of approximately 25,00 square meters per day, livestock at the price of the 25,000 mari, livestock, at a manner of cutting down the cat of the cat of KRW 25,00 per day.
