Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant “C” housing redevelopment and consolidation project partnership (hereinafter “instant partnership”)

is the president of the partnership.

An executive officer of a cooperative shall make public the minutes of the promotion committee, the residents' general meeting, the general meeting of the association, and the board of representatives of the association or the board of representatives of the association, the business implementation plan, the audit report, the detailed details of the monthly deposit and withdrawal of funds, and related documents and methods in parallel with the Internet within 15 days after the relevant documents and data are prepared or amended.

1. On November 18, 2016, the Defendant non-disclosure of the minutes of the 23th and 24th meeting was held at the 23th meeting of the board of directors on the 21st day of the same month, and the minutes of the said board of directors were prepared on November 29, 2016 at the same place on the 24th meeting, and was made public on the website (E) of the instant association, even though the minutes were prepared around the 30th day of the same month at the same place on November 29, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant did not disclose the minutes of the board of directors to the public within 15 days after preparing the minutes of the board of directors.

2. The Defendant, who failed to implement the project, disclosed the project plan on the website of the instant association, even though the project implementation plan of the instant association was revised around September 14, 2013 and around December 8, 2016, around around May 8, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant did not disclose the revised plan to the public within 15 days after the revision of the plan.

3. On September 2016, the Defendant, who has not disclosed the details of monthly funds, monthly funds deposited, and monthly funds withdrawn, shall prepare the details of the monthly funds deposited and withdrawn on October 1 of the same year, prepare the details of the monthly funds deposited and withdrawn on October 1 of the same year, and prepare the details of the monthly funds deposited and withdrawn on November 1 of the same year, and make the monthly funds deposited and withdrawn on November of the same year.
