On July 18, 2018, around 12:14, 2018, the Defendant driven a B Spanpo-si car with approximately KRW 500 meters from the 48th road of 776, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 776, Seocheon-si, to the 32nd road of 776, Seocheon-si, with alcohol content 0.256% in blood.
