Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the records, we affirm the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendant guilty on the charge of forging each private document and uttering of falsified investigation document among the facts charged in the instant case, and attempted fraud, and find the Defendant not guilty, on the grounds as stated in the judgment below.
