Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in any business activity that disturbs public morals, such as making male and female juveniles lodge together, or provide a place for such business activity.

Nevertheless, at around 22:00 on June 11, 2016, the Defendant received accommodation cost of 35,000 won from the “Durel” operated by the Defendant in Ischeon-si, Gyeonggi-do to the “Durel” operated by the Defendant, and provided the said 208 Maur.

As a result, the Defendant committed an act that disturbs public morals by permitting male and female juveniles to sleep together with them, or provided a place for such purpose.
